Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any associated policies published by jt99:

• "Platform" refers to the jt99 website accessible at jt99.io, including all pages, subdomains, features, games, and services available thereon.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jt99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jt99 platform, through which the Player accesses gaming products and manages their Taka wallet.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the sole operating currency of the jt99 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total Bangladeshi Taka amount held in a Player's jt99 account wallet, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to Bangladeshi Taka amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements as specified in Section 7.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total monetary value a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software companies — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming , Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero — whose games are made available through the jt99 platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action or behaviour by a Player that violates these Terms & Conditions, as enumerated in Section 9.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone in which jt99 operates all platform functions, promotional schedules, and customer support hours.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jt99 platform — whether by registering an account, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply browsing platform content — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Your continued use of the jt99 platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions (see Section 14) constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support at [email protected] to initiate account closure.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with jt99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between jt99 and each Player.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jt99, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• The Player must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. jt99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered accounts. Players under 21 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• The Player must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• The Player must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any jt99 employee or contractor involved in platform operations, game development, or payment processing.
• The Player must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through jt99's Responsible Gaming tools or any equivalent external self-exclusion scheme applicable to the Player.
• The Player must hold a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or a bank account with a recognised Bangladeshi financial institution (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) registered in their own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

jt99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including copies of a national identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate), utility bills for address verification, or mobile banking statements confirming account ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by jt99 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jt99. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.

During registration, the Player must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a preferred payment method. jt99 will use this information for account verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring.

The Player is responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to personal information must be submitted to jt99 customer support at [email protected] and may require supporting documentation before they are applied to the account.

Account Verification (KYC)

jt99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing a withdrawal, jt99 may require the Player to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or Passport).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming the Player's registered address in Bangladesh.
• A screenshot or statement from the Player's registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirming ownership.
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted photo ID, if requested.

KYC documents submitted to jt99 are handled in accordance with the jt99 Privacy Policy. Verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours of document submission during BST business hours. jt99 will notify the Player via their registered email address upon completion of the KYC review.

Account Security

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jt99 account credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to their registered mobile number. The Player must not share their credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and gaming activity conducted through a Player's account will be attributed to that Player, regardless of who physically accessed the account. jt99 cannot and does not accept liability for losses resulting from the Player sharing their credentials or failing to maintain adequate account security.

If a Player suspects that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, they must notify jt99 immediately at [email protected]. jt99 will take reasonable steps to investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

jt99 protects all account data and transactions using 256-bit SSL encryption. Session tokens expire automatically after a defined period of inactivity to reduce the risk of unauthorised access on shared devices.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

jt99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account verification status; current limits are displayed within the Player's account dashboard.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's jt99 wallet in real time, subject to network availability. In exceptional cases where a deposit is delayed, Players should contact support at [email protected] with their transaction reference number.

jt99 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, the Player's mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside jt99's control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to another verified payment method registered in the Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 hours of a valid request, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable withdrawal review procedures. jt99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as set out in Section 7 and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been satisfied in full. Only real-money balance (exclusive of uncleared bonus funds) is eligible for withdrawal at any time.

Bonuses & Promotions

jt99 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which must be read carefully before claiming.

The following general bonus terms apply to all jt99 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players only. New Player bonuses are available once per person, household, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on jt99 bonus funds is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount. This means a Player who receives a ৳1,000 bonus must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) compared to slots (100%). Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• jt99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of these terms.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• jt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect a Player's ability to satisfy wagering requirements already in progress.

Gaming Rules

All games available on jt99 are operated by certified third-party Game Providers using audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by trained croupiers. jt99 does not control or modify the outcome of any game.

Each game available on the jt99 platform is governed by its own specific rules published by the respective Game Provider. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet. jt99 makes game rules accessible within the game interface.

The following general gaming terms apply to all games on the jt99 platform:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface before a bet is placed.
• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been submitted and accepted by the game system.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jt99 will investigate the incident and resolve it in accordance with the Game Provider's technical guidelines. Bets affected by a proven technical error may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance.
• Winnings from games are credited to the Player's jt99 wallet immediately upon settlement of the relevant round or event.
• For sports betting (including cricket), the rules of the specific market apply. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or subject to other irregular circumstances, settlement will follow the applicable sports betting rules published for that market.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the jt99 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with jt99.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any other strategy designed to exploit the platform's systems in a manner inconsistent with legitimate gameplay.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or extract data.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or degrade the platform's technical infrastructure, including its RNG systems, payment rails, or security protocols.
• Using proceeds from illegal activities to fund a jt99 account (money laundering).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jt99 customer support staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an active wagering requirement in a manner that circumvents the requirement.

Responsible Gaming

jt99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Players across Bangladesh. Gaming should remain an enjoyable leisure activity; it must not be used as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

jt99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from any Player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be accessed or funded.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from jt99. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the account is frozen and the Player will be removed from all marketing communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jt99 platform — including but not limited to the jt99 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (as licensed from Game Providers), and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jt99 or its respective Game Provider licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jt99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jt99 platform without prior written consent from jt99.

Any unauthorised use of jt99's intellectual property — including scraping, data harvesting, frame embedding, or brand impersonation — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jt99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of data, loss of winnings, or loss of account balance resulting from a technical malfunction, third-party system failure, or force majeure event.
• Any action taken by jt99 in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or withdrawal delays pending KYC verification.
• Any reliance by the Player on information or odds displayed on the platform that are subsequently found to contain an error.
• Losses incurred by the Player as a result of their own gaming decisions, including decisions made under the influence of impaired judgement.

Where an error in displayed odds, payouts, or game outcomes is discovered, jt99 reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets settled on the erroneous basis, refunding the staked amount to the Player's wallet. jt99 will not be liable for any consequential losses flowing from such corrections.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit jt99's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Privacy & Data

jt99 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on jt99, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jt99 — including registration details, KYC documents, transaction history, and gameplay records — is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where the Player has consented to receive these).

jt99 does not sell, rent, or transfer Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with trusted payment partners (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) and Game Providers strictly to the extent necessary for platform operations. Amendments to These Terms

jt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jt99 will notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and take effect upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at jt99.io/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the jt99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. If a Player objects to any amendment, they must cease using the platform and contact support to close their account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and published in the English language. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the Player's use of the jt99 platform, shall first be submitted to jt99 customer support at [email protected] for good-faith resolution. jt99 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 BST business days.

jt99 operates the platform for the Bangladesh market. Players access the platform subject to the laws and regulations applicable to their jurisdiction of residence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
